Portrait Salon On-Location Morningside House

At Anne Kelley Studio, we love bringing the portrait experience directly to where people are. We had the privilege of hosting a Portrait Salon On-Location at Morningside House of Ellicott City, a warm, creative, and welcoming senior living community that truly feels like home.

Hosting the Portrait Salon at Morningside House was a wonderful opportunity to create portraits that reflect both professionalism and personality while doing something special. The portraits featured the dedicated staff of Morningside House along with professionals from similar fields who joined us for the session.

The beauty of an on-location session is that we can transform almost any space into a professional studio. For this event, we carefully set up a temporary studio within the community—complete with lighting, background, and all the details needed to create professional portraits.

Once the studio was ready, the session came alive. Clients stepped in, one by one, to enjoy their time in front of the camera. We guided each portrait thoughtfully, focusing on capturing their unique personality and presence.

The joy, laughter, and even quiet moments of reflection made the day truly memorable.

We are grateful to Jennifer Ghartey, Director of Sales and Marketing at Morningside House, for welcoming us, and to each participant for the fun of photographing them.

It was inspiring to photograph individuals who devote their careers to caring for others, and to provide them with images that celebrate their presence and the important work they do every day.
